Material Composition

Every Voyager is built on a blacked-out G10 composite housing — a high-pressure composite engineered not to flex, fade, or fail. Choose your front bezel in four machined materials: G10, billet aluminum, stainless steel, or aerospace-grade titanium.

Precision Assembly

The phone seats into the rear housing, secured by the front bezel, impact liner, and four stainless steel screws. Every part is fully serviceable, right down to the hardware.

G10 Composite

G10 is a high-pressure laminate of woven fiberglass and epoxy, cured under heat and compression into a material that's dense, moisture-resistant, and dimensionally stable — it won't warp, swell, or lose its shape. The subtle surface texture gives it natural grip in the hand.

It's the material engineers reach for when reliability isn't optional: circuit boards, precision tooling, and electrical and marine components. It's also the same class of composite we machine on our shop floor, which is why it forms the backbone of every Voyager.

Aluminum

Aluminum earns its place through an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio — light in the hand, but solid and precise, with a clean metallic finish that suits a minimal design. Anodized, it resists wear and holds its color.

From aircraft frames to the devices in your pocket, it's the go-to when strength and lightness have to coexist. Machined from solid billet and finished in-house, our aluminum bezels carry that same balance.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is about presence. It's corrosion-resistant, cool to the touch, and carries a density that gives it real heft — the weight tells you it's serious before you've read a single spec.

Yes. The case fully supports both wireless charging and MagSafe devices. The case exceeds official apple hold force and alignment specifications.

Which phone models are supported?

At the moment The Voyager is only offered for the Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Can I use a screen protector?

Most screen protectors should be compatible. We recommend comparing your screen protector’s dimensions with the case dimensions provided in the technical section above.

Do you sell individual components separately?

No. We’ve tested the design and have not found any impact on signal or reception.
